The Jurnal Biologi Universitas Andalas (JBioUA) is a scientific periodical journal in the field of natural sciences. The first edition of JBioUA was published in 2012. This journal is managed by the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Andalas, Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The JBioUA publishes papers related to experimental research, technical reports, conceptual studies, and case reports within the field of biology, as outlined in its focus and scope. This publication addresses the latest trends in biodiversity and conservation, with a special focus on the Indonesian archipelago and its surroundings.
